I was wondering... does Energy Drain have any value as a single target attack, if maxed? It's faster than Flash Fist (seems Double Fire speed) and deals 360% damage. It also heals you, meaning you can abuse your energy bubble and/or MP Recov, and has a decent range as well.

Basically what I'm getting at is... would it be worth it to use in place of Flash Fist when possible?

For third job? I wouldn't think so. Unless you get a lot of points in it before transform and shockwave at 11x, it's going to be weak. In fourth job: other skills easily replace flash fist, and thus drain. Drain is just for training and only as a pot saver. :/

Edit: Looking over the skill tables again, drain does 265% at level 1. o.o You could easily slap a point in there early/mid third job and replace FF. :O
