If they don't deserve the ranking, why do the deserve the mount, the medal, or anything really. They did it, so what right? It's not a personal problem to me, so you can stop acting as such.
It's just as silly to assume they will because 1) their track record of giving a shit is 0 and 2) it's all speculation, just as I am speculating that they probably won't give separate rankings. I never argued that reaching 200 isn't an accomplishment; yes it IS and achievement, but it's a PERSONAL achievement

You say you're arguing common sense, but I think you need to look up what that means, and if it's too exhausting and you think it's not worth it to argue anymore then you should quit, which applies to going to/beyond level 200.
