EXP nerfs in the current KMST Patch.

This seems pretty interesting. I'm kinda glad for this, seeing as I'm getting tired of seeing 5+ "ign has reached level 200" notices in one day. So this would be a nice way to bring back the ability to actually enjoy your char rather than "rush to max level in 1~2 days"
and also to make level actually mean something again rather than just pure damage

I'm a little upset by the fact that this is happening on top of the new level 250 cap, but it also means that I get to play and enjoy my Evan for a while longer <3 (and also my Angelic Buster and Phantom)

one other reason there has been a massive increase in 200s is due the new stack hack. go through bera HoH channels, at least half have a kaiser in them hacking. they level pretty fast because of it

i hope its fixed soon
