Does anyone wonder now why I keep stressing that the players ought to do it? More on that later.
Elaborate, because all I can imagine right now is either the MWLB that hasn't done anything since it's announcement or wikipedia where some of the simple stuff is modified by "pros" that know everything and are totally objective on the subject. I don't see this working out unless nexon steps up their game and separates the rankings themselves. I also don't understand why people need a statue of liberty to point out something that was done a long time ago, if memories aren't enough or you're afraid of getting amnesia you can just take a screenshot of it while it's up and put it as a wallpaper to remind yourself of the fun you had however many years ago because the only person who really cares about that achievement is the one who is up on that rank. Nobody is taking away your achievement because YOU know that you did it, the only thing they are removing is a way for others to confirm/see that so-and-so is so-and-so rank. If you want to flaunt that achievement in front of the whole maple community post a link in your signature saying you reached rank X that links to a screenshot of your rank, if anything more people will know about it than if you didn't do that and relied on nexon to separate ranks.
