He's referring to your stating that Nexon is "raising the level cap too fast" when the level cap has never once been raised in the 10 years it's been out.

Oh....no it's not that. What I am saying is that Nexon raised the level cap without thinking about the mass amount of work they have to do. Hence why I said that they raised the level cap too fast.
