31/1 - Characters' max level is increased to 250!

Going by this theory we should all be overjoyed every time a new event that gives good items comes out. At any rate that won't happen since other games had a much lower cap than 200 to begin with so they can freely increase it...

Or at least, one would hope.

You're wrong if you think this way, because only event get repeated over and over again, not the rewards.

Those only get worsen.
