I would advise buying a pre-scrolled unhammered 5 attack one if you can and positive chaos it. I bought one for 150m (later found another one for 40m but I think the seller just didn't know his price on that one).

You could get super lucky. iirc, my first positive chaos gave only 2 and my last one surprised me with a nice 4 or 5.

I'd agree with this sentiment, I've seen several 7/8 ATT rings in the FM for 200M, having someone else do the work, or if you're a perfectionist 1/3rd of the work, is a good deal for 200M rather than bombing ring after ring after ring.
