Just hit all your keys as much as possible while right-clicking in the general vicinity of your target for Rumble. For Elise, just spam ranged Q and W to get people low and then when they're fairly low just use ranged E then switch to spider form, Q them, and then W and wait for them to die. If they flash, use spider E. Rush Warmog's because you're pro as heck. Build Frozen Heart, Nashor's Tooth, maybe Abyssal Scepter, maybe Malady.
Jarvan carries hard, yo. 1v1 manmode anyone because you're a badass, outrun people who flash with QW+R, shred armor like damn with Q, and let the little shitlords on your team get free swag with your E.

Rumbles ult is so hard to use though =(.
