Ask the old school and you will know 3rd/4th job didn't exist back then. MrYandao was training at coolie zombie at 11x when those stuff were still lv45.
Anyway I believe 5th job must have been planned way before this announcement. At the very least, the making of tempest,not announce, 5th job had already been planned together with it.
Even if not all job have a fair race towards 250, it is not as though it is only happening now. Msea first lv200 is an assassin. DS kaiser Luminous etc etc never had a chance to compete too.
