31/1 - Characters' max level is increased to 250!

If all they're gonna do is raise the level cap, it's basically a nonupdate. Even if they uncap base stat, getting to 250 is only a 25% increase in damage over lv200. If the difference between exp tnl from 199 to 200 is any indication, it's so far from worth the effort that it's laughable.

And if it really would double every level... the exp tnl of lv249 would be ~1.24 * 10^24. I don't really even have words for how not worth it that is.
