I disagree on fully structuring it around party play but more areas that require co-op would be awesome. I recall PvP being one of the only MS related things that my sister could do for hours because she liked it so much and indeed, I too liked to kill time there when I got bored.
What I'd actually like as an addition is co-op bosses where you absolutely need to employ teamwork to win, which would give some hope to people who don't fund much and also be more fun.
