31/1 - Characters' max level is increased to 250!

Let's see:
1st job = 10 (+ 20)
2nd job = 30 (+ 30)
3rd job = 60 (+40)
4th job = 100 (+40)
Hyper Skills = 140

I'd say it should be around 150-170ish.

I was thinking around 170~180, since that's around when we start having leftover SP, 17x-ish if they want it to be like previous advancements where a skill just fell short of being maxed. Then we'd have 4th last 70 levels, and 5th be 80. (1st~4th each lasted 10 levels more than the preceding, then 4th was a whole 100.)
