We can never really tell with Nexon. Some people did think that we'd be getting 5th job in tempest (hell, some people actually considered hyper skills to BE 5th job). 6 months later, nothing. Infact, Nexon continues to shovel out new classes. So that's around 34-36 classes to make new jobs for (and climbing!).
That's another issue, come to think. The highest hyper you can get is at level 200. What are they gonna do, move it 50 more levels up? Or just sit there so we can have no incentive whatsoever.
