I still ate, Chips, cookies and junkfood atleast once a week, In the time frame of the picture I posted (and no cardio). I think I have a relatively low % bodyfat because of the IF diet.
I'm gonna start a cutting phase when it stops being cold. So no more junkfood and lots of cardio.
I've lost more than 4kg since january 7th, I think I'm doing alright.
