What do those Basilers think the % is of, if not range?

oh, they do know it's range, they just argue that it doesn't account for stuff that JT does not calculate, like mastery. which in a way is true since some masteries can't be compared (i.e. a mage mastery vs a cannon shooter one) and thus say these are only relevant when everyone has the same range. (which is true) then again, that's when they're being used for comparison. don't think anyone over there uses them for "this is how much damage i'll deal"
