so pretty much confirmed level 200 cygnus knights. And this looks to be what buccaneers should have been 
Linking skills together for more damage and not a singly laser beyond what buccaneers have. I'm not impressed, but well done considering that I have both of these characters on my account 
Now if only I could freely transfer my buccaneer's knuckle or his old reverse knuckle...
