Once you've played from someone else's place you're permanently disqualified. Nothing she does will change the fact she has an account that shows having played from both her location and yours, and creating a new account won't change the fact her location shows in prior accounts.

So she's permanently locked out of the contest for being in the wrong place at the wrong time? :/
