Well, they're brothers, so I assume they look very much alike, though I guess Demon Slayer doesn't have the eye patch, and canonically, has longer hair. It was like last week now, but, it was odd when Demon Slayer showed disbelief that such a person existed, in keeping with the general quest dialogue, despite being a member of the same race himself.
