Rules exist to try to ensure fairness, and 1 per household is far more fair than the alternative since less people stand to be impacted.
On that note, me and my girlfriend often go to each other's houses and connect to southperry. Does that forfeit us both from getting a chair? It's still two 'seperate households', but we've both connected from each other's IP. Am I just overthinking this?
