it depends on how long each pq would take, if one pq took about 20 (boss included) minutes each, and the boss ending up giving about 1 mil exp to each fighter, itd be awesome exp for a while. so itd be about 1.25 exp time 3 (for one hour) would be 3.75 mil exp an hour. if that PQ was around my lvl range of 111, id get about 30% an hour, whereas i get only about 10% an hour training at newties.
