Two different party sizes probably, each member sent to a different map upon entrance, separate tasks for each party member, and all finished with a boss fight. Now THAT would be an awesome PQ, especially if they can work class specific rooms and have a good exp rate for completing each room/the whole pq.

250-300k exp total per PQ, as well as some sort of amazing equipment reward so the PQ doesn't get ditched when the exp gets old.

Would 250-300k be good? O_o That's definitely over 10 PQs at level 120, but whether or not one could survive the boss at that level is another story.
