Nope 15 Star is now Max u can get from a equip. AFter Legend update nexon added the 15 star as max it can get and remove any item that have over 15 star im pretty sure nexon might miss a few 15 star+ out there however
anyitem that has 15 star or more the ee doesnt work ( doesnt let you use it )
