That's probably what it is, and sorely needed too (I remember how frustrating Ludi maps are to hunt in, and MP3 too to an extent), but in that case the "all over multi-leveled maps" is a huge exaggeration.
Also, I wonder whether it requires Wing Boots and Binoculars to work.
