Heck, in the first extractions Wild Hunters had BOTH Hurricane and Snipe. Nexon didn't even knew what they wanted to do. Then they just decided that'd piss of Marksmen, and had the awesome idea to just give it MORE ARROWZ and WALKING HURRICANE.
