I don't need a boat, I have rep mules. And as I understand it you pay mesos to exit those areas to where you want to go, and you don't pay mesos for rep (and like I mentioned before, rep is not useful for anything else on mules).
You dont pay mesos, and wouldnt you need multiple MS running to use tele mules?
