Pirate Damage Ranges [v2]

Thanks for starting up the new thread! I do have one thought/suggestion about it though, but if this is too much work or on one else likes/cares about it just ignore me. But I think it would make more sense if the level groups started at x0 and went to x9, 50-59 for example, instead of 51-60, that way everyone in each group has access to the same equipment(other than the lower levels were equipment has upgrades every 5 levels).

That is a lot of extra work but I wouldn't mind doing it if a few more people request the format to be like that.
