Regardless, police already investigated Derosis and it would be silly not to report it, so I think it would be better to vote/get to post someone like Moldy who hasn't posted much and I think that he's just bwing.

I'm fine with voting for someone who is mostly inactive, but Moldyvort has at least been voting and did vote for a mafian (though one who was essentially confirmed mafia by the time the vote came in).
