But, does it ever bother you or other Nexon employees how it seems like players can get so mad at Nexon if ya'll make a mistake?

I cannot speak for anyone else, but I have been in the industry long enough to have a very thick skin about it. Tongue I know how it feels as a player to be angry about these things! Although sometimes I do Frown when reading threads, I admit.
