Recent Magnus Hard Mode Permanent Bans

From what I understand, only people who got credit for killing Hard Magnus got banned for it. If you were a filler in an expedition and didn't go in the room (or d/ced before it died, or died and didn't revive before it died), you didn't get that "clear" and so didn't get recorded or banned. But, I don't really know. The "recording" might have included everyone in the party or expedition.

I guess that makes more sense. We probably shouldn't take the "hackers and their party members" part of the notice literally.
