The numbers seem kinda deceptive to me, considering there's a lot more to one's damage than just a percent per second number; not to mention this assumes that everyone has the fastest attack speed and 0 defense. I don't really think you're gonna see too many bishops beating out dual blades if the two are similarly funded.
I'm also not too sure what JoeTang means by adjusted mastery, but doesn't that just mean that classes without mastery look better on those charts than they actually perform?
