Here's my policy:
I'll train myself for as long as i want, whenever i want. If my cousin wants to play on my account i don't really care, he can do what he wants with it (we share most of the funding anyway). If i get bored -->>> bowmaster. IF, and only if, a guildy or a friends offers leech will I leech. I'll train if i have the time, but if not, then it's not an issue with me. Pretty fast levling if you think about it. I don't train very efficiently or very well (as i can say because of my lol 7% (MANY people can get plenty more % elsewhere now, but that's not the point) per hour at zombies on my ranger when i was level 72).
My motivation is 4th job, and considering how easy it is to get to 3rd job now, a little boost here or there is no problem at all.
