As far as what people have speculated on them rebuilding, I would say it's possible and that they may decide to skip over Hard Mode Magnus this time but now that they know they're being watched it is likely that some would quit too as getting to that level does take time and they're now aware that a GM could be watching silently even if they go to the other bosses.
It appears that Asiasoft has now shut down the Chambers for the second time with the first happening in October last year but it remains to be seen if their approach is anything as good as Nexon's.
