I decided I'd try the Enlightening Miracle Cubes, for science (and to get 40% bossing)

So I did get 40% bossing, after a while.
As for the science, the 2nd + 3rd lines were
Legendary primary lines: 6
Legendary secondary lines: 44
One potential was 3 primaries - unfortunately it was 9% all, 12% int, 40% ignoring defense, which boils down to 9% all stats, 5% ignored def on my Hero.
I don't know what the baseline rate of 'better secondary lines' is but to me the extra $4 per package wasn't really worth it for what seems to be about a 10% chance each (thus probably 1% for all 3 lines being primary).
