My Bowmaster had pretty much max speed though so it was useless by all accounts as I had a 6% DEX rare shoe.
I would agree here, even with our nerfed rates for obtaining potentials I usually get at least one epic each time I go on a crafting spree so I now have two epic 3L tops with junk stats. Best I ever got was a 6% LUK All stat 3% MP 6% Epic pants on reveal which was just perfect for my Phantom.
