I get this message when attempting to purchase a color change coupon in the tempest shop. I really really want to have a customized Kaiser though...
When mechs were given free color change coupons, I got it without a message and could see the changed color before logging off, but since the relog and from then on it appeared back at normal state, so I guess that's the same deal.
I have no knowledge with PCs or graphics, so is there a way to change this by simply changing some settings or something?
