No.
Again, Zakum is already wh0red all day around the clock on 3 channels, I doubt his drops would lower anymore than they already are. And as a mechanism to prevent this, you could allow people to only enter the instance every so often, twice a day, but only on a set number of days per week.
Its not fair that people cant fight a boss with their friends because another guild has apparently reserved some timeslot.
