Kaiser's Inferno Breath skill deals no DoT.

Eh, just assumed it was intended to reduce things to 1 hp since that's how pretty much every other DoT works.
In either case, it's doing no damage at all, so yeah. Bugged. :v

Pretty sure it doesn't inflict burn on a mob. No burn, no DoT. Instead, it only damages mobs that are above the fire, if the mob moves off of the fire it doesn't get hurt.
