Pretty much all of the Level 2 Link Skills are worth it except Mercedes.

Maybe Mihile depending on your main. Godly for classes without Stance, not so much for classes with.

Angelic Buster's is an Active that boosts damage by 45% for 10 seconds on a 90 second cooldown.
