A 150 with a lv.50 leecher splits 60-20 on the other 80% of the exp so the leecher gets 300 and the killer gets 1200, as far as I know.
From what I can tell, this means that HS gives a better than 110% boost if your leecher is less than half your level.
ex. @ Harps, level 80 leecher & level 165 killing.
ive actually gone around at gobies with my sister: her 8x and me 13x - enough of a difference to max out my xp. the most i could ever get from a bone fish is actually 2001 + 199. it rounds weird for bone fish for some reason, but obviously 110% for them is 2200. multiple levels for her too, so i KNOW i was maxing out my xp.
