Boss instances

Why doesn't Nexon instance boss rooms? it'd make it a lot easier for anyone who'd like to boss, but cant because their realm's got a schedule to adhere to, even with 3 channels, its impossible for my guild to get a good Zakum slot, anything that'd be a good time for us is taken, every day of the week (often by the same guild each day, but I wont get into that). Since it requires 10 people to sign up to get in for major bosses, that pretty much weeds out hackers for the most part as is, so this really couldnt hurt too much, and I think it would take away from the "business" of bossing a lot more, and bring it back to the concept of you and a group of fellow maplers teaming up to defeat something powerful, not organizing a time and having to be done within a certain timeframe for the next group, thats just bull.


tldr; Boss only channels, is it plausible?
