Explain why I have 4000str with like 110%str.

I should have been slightly more clearer, the + stats on equips can add on to the potential(besides MW), but is still flawed in the fact that all stat tends to have a lower % value than its single stat alternative. making characters who mostly focus on single stats advantageous in damage and leave the + stats on secondary on their armor solely vs a character who balances the stats between 2 or 3.(and talk about resell value of item is more limited as well)
