well, not really, if an item had 12/9/9 % str, it would look like this in all stat: 9/6/6., so unless the stat formula is something nuts like str*dex*luk, it would be better to focus on one of them and shoot for %mainstat if you're gonna ultradmghoar.

I guess it depends on what the damage formula is based on. If they consider it "resistance thief" I hope most of the damage comes from LUK but it's more likely that all three stats provide the same input in the damage formula.
