Summon four giant stars that are combined into one, raining stars down on up to 8 enemies around you for 300% damage 10 times. There is a cooldown of 8 seconds. The maximum damage for this skill is 3,000,000
Will reduce the cooldown time using the potential [HAT] cooldown -2sec ? will become cooldown 6 sec ?
For DK : ____[Dark Thirst] :
The protector of darkness gives you 30 attack and 100% drain for 30 seconds. There is a cooldown of 90 seconds.
Inner Ability + Mech Card buff , if say Duration +100% , Will become Duration 60 sec ?
