Patch Available - EMS 0.85

Fiel speculated that it's because they don't want people pre-patching until they are sure the patch is ready to go live.
If people pre-patch and then a change is made to the patch file, those people will have to re-download the entire client.

Hmm, that would be silly on 2 points.

1: GMS prepatch as well right, so why let them do it and not EMS?
2: Pre-patching is discouraged, not supported and on your own risk. So they would not mind if some one pre-patched early and then have to redo it later.
