Shooting at Connecticut Elementary School

Yeah, sure, touching and all that, look at the president he is so pineappleing sensitive he's crying about little kids; until you notice that during most of the address he's looking down at the sheet of paper his PR guys wrote out for him. He really needed to parrot out someone else's opinion for THIS? If there were any time for a REAL speech, it would be now. I'm not saying most other presidents haven't done the same thing, but regardless of how many times I see it, it's still insulting in so many ways.

I'm sure Obama would have had lots more to say but can't because he's President. In terms of PR, reading off a script is pretty much required. In an emotional glass foundation like this, if Obama had misspoken or had gone out of line emotionally, the media would have been all over it. That speech was probably double tripled checked by the best speech writers in Washington, perfectly tailored to address the situation in so doing that nothing can be taken out of context and be used against him.
