I got banned and they wont unban me?

Wow a GM actually unbanning an account that was caught hacking, regardless of if the account was stolen from the original player or not? This is new to me. At least some of us get lucky. My main account for DFO and has MS mules on it was banned due to their system messing up and yet they refuse to unban it. Charged NX to my account, spent the NX on DFO, Paypal emails me to tell me Nexon had refunded me the payment I sent them (they refunded, not I requested it) a day later, billingpp banned. Sent in a ticket and email from another account. Two years later I get "sorry, the account was banned due to NX fraud. We cannot undo this ban." Yet they refunded me the money in the first place lol. Ah owell.

So I guess my story is the same as a few others in this thread, trying to remove a perm ban is completely hit or miss and has no logic behind it at all.
