I got banned and they wont unban me?

You must have gotten lucky to get a GM who took the time to investigate the ban, and not just automatically hit the standard ban-appeal-denied reply button.
Perhaps they can look up what the IP address was when the banning occurred, and if it was from China or something they may unban you.

I'm guessing so because usually when I submit tickets its as if nothing happened. No replies, or auto closed so sorry no help for you, type tickets.
