If you have the chance, go for Mr Allis. Their monster card is very valuable (recovers a large amount of HP and MP, better than Jr. Boogie so it's a true lifesaver), and they drop Gleaming Golden Wings, the level 100 Shining rod. True that you can buy Tempest rod, but hey what about after Tempest?

Best trained with Apocolypse, because Reflection is a little too arbitrary...
