I've recently come back to Maple after quitting around when potentials and Big Bang were released, and my equips are probably very out-dated (I tried soloing Hilla, and nearly ran out of time- took 29 minutes and 30 seconds). Any suggestions on how to upgrade and how much the current equips are? Thanks!

Gloves- 16 ATT SCGs Lv50 [4% str, 3L-epic)
Cape- 6 ATT 4 DEX Lv50 PAC [2% Str 2L-rare]
Shoes- 6 ATT 3 Dex Lv50 Facestompers [2L-rare]
Belt- 8 ATT Witch Belt Lv85 [3L-rare]
Helm - 25 Dex Lv50 Zhelm Unpotentialed
Earrings- 12 Dex Lv90 Rose Unpotentialed
Pend- MoC
Rings- Various +1 all stat, adventurer ring
I should still have, in addition, 3-4b of mesos and items lying around as well for the upgrade. Advice please!
Also, what monsters drop Advanced Final Attack 20 and 30? Seems important to put SP in >.<
