Nexon's $150 Paypal charge limit is per Nexon Passport, not per Paypal account. So she could have $100 charged on each of those accounts.
She wasn't doing it for "insurance", and she didn't attempt to charge back.
I'm just saying, if they don't touch Paypal users for fear of losing a couple hundred dollars, tops, why did they ban her when they stood to lose a lot more?
